Your satisfaction is our top priority!  If you are not satisfied with your AVIEW purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of the receipt of your order.  Please email returns@aview.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

Returned merchandise must be received unused, free from any dings, scratches, or damage and must include the case, and all packaging to receive full credit.  Returns must be shipped in the original packaging with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the package.  Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.  Any unauthorized returns, or returns postmarked more than 10 days from the return authorization issuance date, will be refused and returned to the sender at a charge of $20 per carton.  If your shipment is delivered to you in damaged condition please notify us immediately upon receipt.  Damage claims made more than 10 days after delivery date of the order will not be accepted.

Refunds will be  processed within 7 business days of the receipt of your return and will be credited to the original card charged at the time of purchase.  Please note that AVIEW does not cover the cost of return shipment labels.
